Our “Regency-style dark chocolate bars with Bayonne pepper” are created using 18th century chocolate-making methods, rather than modern manufacturing techniques which result in a very homogenous and fine-grained chocolate. Thanks to a skilful blend of Bayonne pepper, or piment d’Espelette, these dark chocolate bars with 85% cocoa solids have a granular mouthfeel.
