Our Regency-style Kingdom of Caracasgrand cru chocolatebars are made using methods which resemble as closely as possible those in use in the 18th century. Compared to today’s techniques, the differences lie particularly in the roasting and grinding of the cocoa beans. The result is a grand cru chocolate with a slightly granular mouthfeel. Caracas has been chosen as the region is home to cocoa grands crus. Our “noses” carefully and methodically select beans to create the finest possible blend of flavours for this distinctive and unique grand cru chocolate.
