Delicious, caramelized almonds coated in dark chocolate, a delicacy created for Emperor Napoleon the First to celebrate the victory of Friedland in June 1807. A landmark in the history of chocolate, between hard chocolate, Spanish liquid chocolate, and the first contemporary chocolates, the Croquamandes were presented to Marshal Lefebvre to celebrate his elevation as Duke of Danzig.

Our croquamandes should be stored in a dry place, where the ideal temperature is between 16°C and 18°C.
